NeonChant — Privacy Policy

NeonChant (the "App", package com.ledcheer.app, published by L215 Studio) is a mobile LED cheer board for K-pop concerts. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

• Advertising identifier (AAID) — collected by Google AdMob SDK when you watch rewarded ads. Used to serve ads and prevent fraud. You may reset or limit it in your device settings.
• Analytics events — Firebase Analytics records anonymized app-use events (screen views, ad impressions, purchase events). No personal information is attached.
• Purchase records — Google Play Billing handles all transactions. We receive a purchase token (no card numbers); the token is stored locally to verify Pro entitlement.
• Microphone audio (optional, on-device only) — when you enable the "external audio" BPM mode, the App samples microphone audio on your device to detect beats. Audio is never uploaded and is discarded after analysis.
• Local files (optional) — when you import images/videos/audio via your media library, the App reads the selected files. Files stay on your device.

2. Data we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, or any directly identifying personal information through the App itself. Account-related data (e.g. your Google account for Play Billing) is handled by Google, not by us.

3. Third-party services

4. GDPR / EEA users

If you reside in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland, the App displays a consent dialog (Google User Messaging Platform) on first launch, allowing you to accept or reject personalized advertising. You can change this choice anytime via the in-app settings.

5. CCPA / California users

California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" of personal information. You may exercise this right via the in-app consent dialog or by contacting us.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Data retention

Local data (purchase tokens, settings, presets) is retained until you uninstall the App or clear app data. Analytics events are retained by Google according to their policy (typically 14 months for default events).

8. Your rights

You may:

• Reset your advertising identifier (device settings → Privacy → Ads)
• Withdraw consent for personalized ads (via in-app consent dialog)
• Uninstall the App to remove all local data
